Jason Yun is a graduate of The Ohio State University, with an earned Bachelor's of Science degree in Sports and Leisure Studies with an emphasis in fitness, coaching, and recreation. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Is a Kettlebell Athletics Instructor (KBA). Just recently earned his certification as a charter member to the Association of Professional Personal Trainers (APPT). Is a certified United States Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach (USAW SPC). Is a Certified Sports Nutritionist (CISSN) through the International Society of Sports Nutrition (ISSN). Has achieved his certification as a Youth Fitness Specialist (Levels 1) (YFS(1)) through the International Youth Conditioning Association (IYCA), and is currently working on Level 2 and 3.
Was recently inducted into the Fitness Business Insider Hall of Fame (October 2011) for his continued dedication towards clients and the fitness industry as a whole.
In July 2012 earned his Fit Moms Certification as a Perinatal Fitness Instructor for women. An online workout site for expecting moms is currently in development and should be ready in 2013.
Some of the more recent experience placed him as an intern assistant strength and conditioning coach for several Olympic sports teams at the University of Louisville. He has worked as a personal trainer, strength coach, and as an instructor of kid's fitness classes and rock climbing activities. Adult, Child, and Infant CPR and AED certified. Successfully completed a flexband training seminar for the applications of Resistance Bands for flexibility, fitness, and resistance training.
He has trained for over 21 years in various disciplines in the sporting and fitness worlds and now brings to you all those years of training and knowledge in the quest to help you achieve the body you've always wanted through Fitness Boot Camps!
Rick Locke has been involved in sports throughout his entire life. Raised in Urbana, Ohio he competed and lettered in Football, Basketball, and Track for the UHS Hillclimbers. While serving in the U.S. Army as a Military Police Officer, he was also a member of the track team while stationed at Ft. Bliss El Paso, TX and Vicenza Italy. As an MP and, later a civilian Peace Officer, Rick is well practiced in multiple facets of hand-to-hand combat, strength & agility training, and as an emergency responder. In fair weather, he also enjoys cycling extended distances on Ohio’s bike paths. There are not many athletic challenges he will shy away from.
“Besides family, I have two passions: Fitness and music”, says Rick. “As a DJ, I get to live out my dream of making a difference in others lives by performing at weddings and other personal events, as well as in the club scene. Being a fitness instructor satisfies the other desire to help people attain their fitness goals through proper training and by being a good example.”

He is currently working on earning his Kettlebell Certification.
Hello there! My name is Stephanie Woodrow and I am looking forward to my first year as a boot camp instructor for Yun Fitness! I live in Powell with my husband Dave, and my 7-year old daughter, Nadia.
I am an energetic, athletic, and a very cheerful person. I like to run, hit the gym daily for a workout, eat healthy, and stay fit. I also love talking to people! I have a positive outlook in life and work hard to reach my goals. I studied Mental Health, Social Services, and Psychology at Columbus State and feel like the mental aspect of exercise is just as important as the physical.
I spend my free time as a volunteer at Liberty Elementary School on a weekly basis, organizing a health and wellness program. The idea is to instill exercise through alternative workouts coinciding with recess. I am affectionately called “Coach Steph” by the children and I take pride in being a catalyst in making fitness fun for kids!
I firmly believe that forming good fitness habits can start very early in life. In addition, I feel that it is very important to build positive character traits through physical education and fitness. I have taught dance, gymnastics, and personal trained for many years, and I can't wait to work with you at Yun Fitness!
Micah Muller ISSA
G’day folks! Yes, you guessed it! I am originally from Australia (lived first eleven years of my life there), but was born in New Zealand. My name is Micah Muller and I am currently a junior at Capital University (Columbus) studying Exercise Science. Throughout my lifetime I have always had a great passion for fitness, health and helping others achieve their goals. . I attended Bexley High School where I ran track and field and cross country for all four years and did swim team my senior year.
I am a very energetic individual and like to focus on the positives every chance I get. I really enjoy getting to know people and hearing their stories and how life has brought them to their present position. Through my upbringing and health consciousness I have always maintained a diet made up of primarily organic foods. I am thoroughly interested in physiology, kinesiology, psychology and nutrition and believe that all of these areas are vitally important to staying optimally healthy.
In my spare time I enjoy doing daily workouts at my local gym, going on runs, and cooking organic delicacies. I am very active in my spare time and find it harder to leave the gym than to get myself to go the gym. I embrace the challenge of helping anyone with their fitness goals (no matter how big or small) and helping others to enjoy fitness as much as me (well almost.) I look forward to meeting you all at Improvement Warrior Fitness and being one of the stepping stones to reaching your goals.
