Saturday’s bootcamp workout Columbus, OH

The first bootcamp workout was a challenging one, but it was fun and everyone that made it out to camp did a great job.

The workout was after the dynamic warm-up:

5 stations set up with 2 exercises at each
:30 exercise, followed by :30 rest, then :30 exercise, then switch stations

Station #1 Iron-woody flexband over-head presses/band 2-hand rows
#2 bridge/split jacks
#3 flexband chest press/ band good mornings
#4 medicine ball slams/ MB swings
#5 Bear crawl/ sprint in place

It was tough, everybody made it through 2 rounds of that. Good job campers!
