5:00 fitness circuit
7 pushups/14 bicycles/7 burpees (20 jumping jacks is alt. for burpees-but no RB)
Crazy 8’s Leg Torture- 8 reps of each, except #6 for 13:00-15:00
1. KB Goblet Squats
2. Band Good Mornings
3. 1-legged calf raises
4. Hip Pop Ups 1-leg
5. Reverse lunges
6. Wall Squats :35
7. Jump Squats
8. High Pogo Jumps
Tabata
Bridge/side bridge/other side/Russian twists
Rest :60 repeat 2x
If time remains choose any 3 exercises from day and repeat at 30/30.
