1. 4 reverse crunches/ 1-handed crab walk hip pop ups/ monkey jumps

2. Hindu Pushups/ Super Lunges/ Band Pull Aparts

3. 1-legged squat thrusts/ frog jumps/ Med ball slams

4. 1-legged hip pop ups/ squat jumps/ band front raise

5. mule kicks (monkey)/ kangaroo/ inchworm pushups

Partner bands- 1 band each 50/10
1. 1-hand row and 1-chest press
2. repeat
3. squat and row
4. squat and row
