1. Side bridge Up/Downs 25/25
2. T-Pushups
3. Speed Rows
4. Jumping Jacks
5. Reverse Lunge
6. Mountain Climbers (50/50)

Core repeat each 2x before moving on.
1. bicycles
2. T-Hyper Holds
3. Burps
rest :90 repeat again

50/10 rest :90 repeat until class is up
1. Kettlebell Swings
2. High Knee Sprint
3. High Pogo Jumps
4. Duck Walk
5. Band See-Saw Press
