4. Burps/Monkey Jump

5. Speed Rows

6. Speed Jumps

Stations 60/60, 50/10, Continuous 30’s

1. MB Slams

2. Full Burpees

3. KB 1-H Swings

4. Walking Inchworms

5. X-Band Walk
