Partner Up Kettlebell and Bodyweight 30/30, 20/10
1. KB pullovers and Skater Hops
2. KB rows and butt kicks
3. KB floor press & sit up and reverse crunch
Hurry-Up Circuits 2:00 x 4 Split class ½
1. Squat jumps x 15 (10), KB Swings x 15 (10), Mountain Climbers x 30 (20)
2. Pushups x 10 (6), Squat Thrusts x 15 (10), Band Overhead Press x 15 (10)
