2. 10 inchworm pushups, 12 windshield wipers, 10 bridge up/downs, 10 squat thrusts
3. close-eye getups, 10 spiderman pushups, 20 jumping jacks, 20 iso-hold leg kicks
4. 20 skater hops, 15 squats, 10 hindu pushups, 15 undertaker situps
5. choose any 4 exercises
