1. 10 monkey squat jumps, 10 SLDL, 10 scissor crunches, 40 mountain climbers

2. 10 inchworm pushups, 12 windshield wipers, 10 bridge up/downs, 10 squat thrusts

3. close-eye getups, 10 spiderman pushups, 20 jumping jacks, 20 iso-hold leg kicks

4. 20 skater hops, 15 squats, 10 hindu pushups, 15 undertaker situps

5. choose any 4 exercises

1. Pullups

2. MB Wood Choppers

3. 3 second sprint/squat thrust

4. KB Hot potatoe

5. gorilla walk

6. crab walk

7. bridge pikes
