Jason Yun cooks up a cheeseburger pie recipe. This is a very nutritious meal.
The ingredients you will need are:
1 pound ground beef or turkey
1/2 onion chopped
1 clove garlic chopped
Tomatoes
2 tbsp Worchestershire sauce
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup shredded cheese
1 cup lowfat or no fat cottage cheese
1 egg
water
