Healthy Recipe- Big, Tasty, Meaty Chili
Jason Yun cooks up a nutritious chili recipe. Yun’s Sweet Ass Chili!
Ingredients
1 medium onion
2 Jalepeno peppers
2 green peppers
1 tablespoons Chili Powder
2 teaspoons Cumin
1 tablespoons Oregano
Cabbage
2 pounds lean fround beef
1 can black beans
1 can tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
Olive oil
Chicken Broth (use any type you want)
Cook up the vegetables first until they start to soften and onions are starting to brown.
Then throw in the oregano, chili powder, cumin. Then add in the tomato paste for another 1-2 minutes. then place into slow cooker.
Then cook beef on skillet (salt and pepper or olive oil) Cook until browns, then into slow cooker.
Then add black beans, chicken broth, tomatoes, cabbage.
Cook on High for 4-5 hours or Low for 8-10 hours.

I have another great chili/anything you want recipe. I cook 1/2 cup of quinoa, a can of either chili, or Mediterranean tomato, an onion and rinsed either black or dark kidney beans. Trust me, VERY good!!!! Often times I put some light cheese on top.
