Ultra tabata workout 15/15′s

Jason Yun puts on a modified Tabata circuit of 2 15/15 x 12 rounds. Tabata is awesome for burning fat. Give the workout a try and let me know what you think. The first tabata is pushups, squat jumps, speed rows, and monkey jumps. The second tabata is Hindu pushups, super lunges, burps, and diamond cutters.
