1. flutter kicks/supermans/grape thrusts/jumping bridge
rest :30 repeat same thing at 20/10
same thing at 40/20
Stations 30/90- Go hard for :30, then select Iso-Hold of either squat, bridge, side bridge, crab bridge, or jog in place.
1. MB Kangaroo Punches
2. Band pullovers
3. agility hops
4. Mule Burp thrust
5. Band front squat jumps
