Trisets 30/60/90 rest :90 between each.
1. Band pull aparts/super lunges/wall holds
2. burps/side bridge up/downs (switch 1/2)/ mountain climbers
3. Band lateral walks/ hindu pushups/ Band good mornings
4. Band front squat jumps/1-leg hip pop ups/ bicycles
Last one or 2 they can pick any exercises
