I just got a great book that is awesome and a real eye opener. It was written by the editor-in-chief of Men’s Health, and looks like he did quite extensive research getting this little book made. Basically tells you what not to eat and an alternative to that. Takes you through 8 chapters.
1. foods you should eat everyday and the absolute worst foods
2. which foods to eat at restaurants
3. Menu decoder
4. what to eat on holidays and special occasions
5. at the supermarket
6. what to drink and not to
7. what to eat during different mood swings
8. stuff for the kids

The book is super easy to read and very entertaining. It’s pretty small too, fits in a purse, can take along to your fav resturaunt.
Did you know the worst food in America is actually an appetizer? Outback Steakhouse’s Aussie cheese fries w/ ranch dressing comes in at 2900 calories, 182 fat grams, and 240 carbs!
Worst food you can buy at the store? Pepperidge Farms roasted chicken pot pie–1020 calories, 64 g fat, and 86 g carbs.
