Jason Yun performs an interval circuit with a modifed tabata protocol of 15/15 for 12 rounds. Squat jumps, pushups, speed rows, monkey jumps. The second one consists of Hindu Pushups, Super Lunges, Diamond Cutters, and Burps. All body weight. Great Workout and outdoor training.
Tabata protocol normally is 20/10 repeated for 8 rounds. It is a great fat burning and muscle buidling workout
