This was one of the best workouts I have ever had. What’s nice is that Jason does it right along with you and reminds you about your form and drinking water so you are always on point. I will make sure to tell all my friends!
As always, totally amazing! Don’t be fooled by the online format. You really get a great workout and the encouragement, instruction and interval training and tabata training Jason is known for. What I really appreciated was the live format and opportunity to ask questions before the exercises began, and that Jason gave me alternate exercises for my bad knees. Even with that, I still got an intense workout and took it to the next level!
Good workout!! My one year old tried to sabatoge me, but my ten and eight year olds made good wingmen.
My first online workout with Jason. I ended up doing some alternative exercises, since I am having knee and sciatica pain. It was a tough one. I also like the fact that Jason did the workout with us.
