Yun Fitness Bootcamps 2015-2016 Schedule
The schedule is not set in stone, and is to help prevent overtraining. High Intensity Boot Camp Training needs periodic breaks to help the body and the mind recover.
The LBN Online Strength & Fitness Workouts is available for this week as well as any missed or extra workouts. 1st 7-days is FREE-http://www.lbnonlinefitness.com

If you are new camp, the Phase #’s are just are way of tracking our campers goals (fitness, weight loss, inches, fat loss, etc…) You can start anytime of the year for your free or paid trial.
